Band Fee Payment
If you work 12 shifts at the Pavilion/Reliant/Fireworks Stand you will qualify for a full waiver of your band fee. Any moneys already paid to your account will be credited to your child's account and can be used for the 2010 Band trip.

Spring Trip Payments
The Spring Trip is April 21-25, 2010 to Disney World in Orlando, Florida. Total cost of the trip is $930. Payments of $115 may be made monthly. Chaperone cost is $1050 and payments of $130 can also be made online.

We have moved the Spring Trip Payment Center to our Charmsoffice.com site.
To make a payment or to check your balance simply enter charmsoffice.com and log into your child's account.
1. In the Parent/Student Login box enter our school code: oakridgeband
2. In the next window enter your child's CISD student number as their password
3. Click on "Finances"
4. Right above the trip ledger click on the button that says "Make a Payment"
5. Fill out the form and it will take you to Paypal.
6. Follow the steps to make your payment
7. Click "Return to Oak Ridge Band Boosters Association" after you make your payment and it will be immediately credited to your charms account.

Game Day Meal Plan Tickets
The boosters will serve a meal before each game. It is important that every student eat a good meal before leaving the school. There are 10 games, meals are $5 each and will rotate between Pizza, Chick-fil-a and a Sub Sandwich. Vegetarian options are available. Students can order their meal each week online or in class.
